§ Mr. Giles ShawSome of the documents seized on 3 October 1985 were returned to Mrs. Stapleton through her solicitor on 13 December 1985, 19 and 21 March 1986. The remainder are still being held by the Fraud Squad as documentary evidence for the current investigation on which criminal proceedings are in progress.
