§ Mr. DunnUnder section 12 of the Education Act 1980, a local education authority wishing to cease to maintain a school must publish proposals and submit a copy of the published proposals to the Secretary of State. I understand that no statutory proposals have been published in respect of schools in Baddesley, Clinton and Wolverton.
