§ Q19. Mr. Dalyellasked the Prime Minister if, in view of the letter to vice-chancellors from Mr. G. Gallagher-Daggitt sent on 27 February, she will make a statement on co-ordination between the Department of Education and Science and the Ministry of Defence on the strategic defence initiative research.
