"Misuse" of a driving licence covers a wide variety of separate offences and the available information relates only to proceedings and findings of guilt for these offences, figures for which are published annually in "Offences Relating to Motor Vehicles, England and Wales, Supplementary Tables" (table 5 of the issue for 1984). Information on thefts of driving licences is not separately available.
