§ Mr. David MitchellThe Freight Transport Association, also representing the Automobile Association, the Bus and Coach Council, the Road Haulage Association, the Royal Automobile Club and the Royal Scottish Automobile Club, has asked to discuss the Select Committee's report with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State. He is prepared to do so once he has responded to the Chairman of the Committee.
