§ Mrs. RumboldThe amount of rate support grant payable to Liverpool city council in 1986–87 depends principally upon its budgeted total expenditure for the year as reported to my Department, and its GRE, the second highest per head amongst metropolitan district councils. The same criteria apply to every other local authority.
