§ Mr. Pikeasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what discussions there have been with European Economic Community counterparts concerning reform of budgetary procedure.
§ Mrs. ChalkerThe Foreign Affairs Council had a general discussion of the Community's budgetary situation on 21 April. My right hon. and learned Friend and I have had a number of bilateral discussions with our EC colleagues. Budget issues are on the agenda of the Council of Finance Ministers on 28 April.
