The Secretary of State for the Environment has received comments on this aspect of the use classes order from representatives of the hotel and guest house industry. I know that my right hon. Friend, the Secretary of State for the Environment, will be taking careful account of these and other representations when considering his response to the Property Advisory group's proposals.
