HC Deb 21 April 1986 vol 96 c59W
Mr. Batiste

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what information he has about how many injuries to walkers along public rights of way in the countryside occurred during 1985 as a result of attack from bulls or rams.

Mrs. Rumbold

Only one such incident has been reported to the Department. This involved a man who claimed to have been attacked by a Galloway bull while walking with his dog on a public footpath near Camelford, Cornwall.
