§ Mr. MellorThe extradition treaty between the United Kingdom and Italy which was signed in Florence in March has not yet been ratified. Until it comes into force, extradition between the two countries will continue to take place under the existing 1873 treaty. No Italian extradition requests in connection with terrorist offences have been received in recent months.
