§ Mr. David Howellasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what has been the outcome, following representations made on a recent visit to Dubai by the Minister of State, the hon. Member for Mid-Sussex (Mr. Renton) concerning the case of Mr. Len Forsyth, who is currently prevented from leaving Dubai although not charged with any offence.
§ Mr. EggarMr. Forsyth was charged on several counts in July 1985. I understand that his case is still before the court in Dubai. I hope for a satisfactory outcome before too long.
