§ Mr. Giles ShawAs I explained in my reply to a question from the hon. Member on 21 January, at columns 171–72, PC John Fordham was acting in accordance with operational instructions. Given that only PC Fordham would have been able to provide further information as to precise events at Mr. Noye's home, the Commissioner does not consider that additional inquiries or a revision of operational procedures are necessary.
