§ Mr. Leightonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if, pursuant to his answer of 17 March, Official Report, column 11, a decision has yet been taken as to whether to bring charges against the driver of the lorry which drove into a meeting at Wapping on 12 March at which right hon. and hon. Members were present, and several people were injured.
