Member for Glasgow, Shettleston (Mr. Marshall) on 20 March 1986, at columns 141–42. Decisions have not yet been taken on the agency's budget for 1987–88 and 1988–89. Information on the overall net provision for the agency and the Highlands and Islands Development Board is contained in the Scottish Office's commentary on the Scotland programme of the 1986 public expenditure White Paper, Cmnd. 9702.
