§ Mrs. FennerThe Ministry's terrestrial radioactivity monitoring programme is being conducted around establishments of the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority and licensed nuclear sites from which discharges of radioactive waste are authorised in England jointly by my right hon. Friend the Minister and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment, and in Wales by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales.
