§ Mr. McNamaraasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what was (a) the average number of days spend on remand for both scheduled and non-scheduled offences together in 1985, (b) the total number of persons remanded in custody before trial for both scheduled and non-scheduled offences together in 1985, and (c) the number of bail applications refused for (i) scheduled, (ii) non-scheduled and (iii) both offences together in 1985.
