§ Mr. John MacKayMy right hon. and learned Friend has received no such application. Since 1973, however, the Scottish Home and Health Department has made an annual grant to the Scottish Council on Alcohol, which is the only national voluntary agency in Scotland concerned with alcohol and alcohol-related problems funded for this purpose.
