§ Mr. Dubsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make a statement on any action taken by the Metropolitan Police to protect Mr. Gerry Gable of Searchlight magazine in the light of threats to intimidate, kidnap or murder him.
§ Mr. Giles ShawThese allegations relate to an incident which occurred in 1984. No direct threats were made against Mr. Gable and in the light of police investigations it was not considered necessary to provide him with personal protection.
