§ Mr. DunnI understand that the Cleveland local education authority has not yet decided whether to publish proposals for the closure of Huntcliff school. If such proposals are published and subsequently come before my right hon. Friend, he will consider them on their merits in accordance with his powers under section 12 of the Education Act 1980.
