§ Mr. Mark RobinsonThe Welsh Office has not received an application for funding from Action on Alcohol Abuse but we do have under consideration an application for grant aid from Alcohol Concern Wales. In addition I refer my hon. Friend to the reply given to my hon. Friend the Member for Cardiff, Central (Mr. Grist) on 24 March, at column600–1.
