§ Mr. Dewarasked the Secretary of State for Scotland which joint liaison committees had prepared any of the four joint 10-year plans requested in the April 1985 Scottish Office circular, "Community Care: Joint Planning and Support Finance," by the deadline of 31 March 1986 specified in the circular;
(2) if he will list by the four priority categories, and by health board area, the joint plans that had been submitted to the Scottish Office by 31 March 1986.
§ Mr. John MacKayBoth Shetland and Orkney health boards have prepared the plans requested. Health boards were not formally required to submit copies of their plans to the Secretary of State, but Shetland health board has sent a copy of its plan, which covers all four priority groups, to the Scottish Home and Health Department.
The majority of the remaining boards have indicated informally that the plans for their areas are well advanced or nearing completion.
