§ Mr. JoplingAs I told the House on 10 March, I am pressing for a price cut of 3 per cent. in place of the Commission's proposed co-responsibility levy. This is in the context of a range of measures proposed by the Commission that would indirectly reduce cereal prices by considerably more.
