§ Mr. NewtonWe have no plans to do so. Entitlement to mobility allowance is related to walking ability and not to specific disabilities. Recent decisions by the House of Lords and a tribunal of social security commissioners have clarified the law in various respects and should help the adjudicating authorities in their assessment of walking ability.
