§ Mr. HayhoeMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services last met Dr. Marks, chairman of the British Medical Association Council on 25 July 1985 for an informal lunch. In addition, I have had several meetings with Dr. Marks, the last of which was on 20 January 1986 to discuss a report on NHS expenditure.
