§ Mr. RidleyWe aim to ensure that signing to a new motorway is provided when it is opened. Signing on the local authority routes which may be involved is, however, outside our direct control. When a motorway is opened in sections full signing may need to await completion of the route, but temporary signing is provided where appropriate.
