§ Mr. Ashleyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) how many cases of food poisoning have been reported in National Health Service hospitals in each of the last five years: which hospitals were involved; and how many of those affected died in each year;
(2) if he will list all the types of premises for which he is responsible in respect of which Crown immunity is claimed.
