Mr. Chris Smith

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list those local authorities which have received visits from members of his Department's urban housing renewal unit and the number of visits which each has received.

The urban housing renewal unit has already visited 22 of the 69 local authorities which it has identified as having the most severe housing management problems:
