§ Mr. Freudasked the Minister for the Arts if he will list in the Official Report (a) the overall levels of support from the Arts Council to publishers and (b) the amounts given to each grant-aided publisher in each of the last three years and the projected grants for the forthcoming year; and what is the percentage change in each case.
