§ Mr. Meacherasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what guidance he has given to district health authorities, local authorities and any other relevant organisations on policy towards implementation of the World Health Organisation's health for all strategy in relation to each of its six major themes.
§ Mr. HayhoeWe are considering how the World Health Organisation's strategy for achieving health for all may best be drawn to the attention of the National Health Service and other interested authorities and organisations.
§ Mr. Meacherasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will make public the two-yearly monitoring reports, from 1983 onwards, and six yearly evaluations of progress, from 1985 onwards, which the Government submit to the regional committee of the World Health Organisation and WHA in furtherance of the World Health Organisation's health for all strategy.
§ Mr. HayhoeI have today placed in the Library, along with the relevant questionnaires, copies of the two reports—the 1983 monitoring report and the 1985 evaluation report— so far submitted on behalf of the United Kingdom to the European regional office of the World Health Organisation. The first six-yearly evaluation report is not due until 1991.
