§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list the bilateral and multilateral aid given to each country in Latin America in each of the last three years, stating in each case (a) the conditions attached to such aid and (b) the institutions through which the multilateral aid was co-ordinated.
§ Mr. RaisonThe following is gross United Kingdom bilateral and multilateral aid to Latin America for the period 1982 to 1984. Multilateral aid figures for 1984 are not yet available.
The principal institutions through which multilateral aid was channelled are the World Bank Group, the Inter-American Development Bank, the European Community, the United Nations and its agencies and the Caribbean Development Bank.
