§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) what assumptions regarding the dollar/ecu exchange rate were made in the draft 1986 European Economic Community budget prepared by (a) the European Commission and (b) the Council of Ministers;
(2) if he will list all amendments to the Commission preliminary draft 1986 European Economic Community budget made by the Council of Ministers; and if he will place copies of both documents in the Library;
(3) what steps he has taken to ensure that European Economic Community spending on agriculture during 1986 does not exceed the budgetary discipline limit of 20.6 billion ecu.
