§ Mr. HeseltineHer Majesty's Government have been consulted by the United States Administration at both ministerial and official level on a number of occasions. For example, the Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, my hon. Friend the Member for Mid-Sussex (Mr. Renton), attended Mr. Shultz's recent briefing of the North Atlantic Council and my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister will be taking part in the seven power meeting in New York on 24 October.
