§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when the regulations governing the preparation of unitary development plans will be issued.
§ Mr. TraceyRegulations will be made before the first order is made under section 4 of the Local Government Act 1985 bringing into force in any area schedule 1 of the Act which requires the preparation of unitary development plans.
