§ Mr. David MitchellI understand that the consortium which has expressed interest in the development of the Canary wharf site has proposed an extension of the Docklands light railway to the Bank which would be financed by private capital. It is too early to know whether this proposition will proceed or to make an assessment of its implications for the Docklands light railway.
