§ Mr. WhitneyOn the first part of his question I refer the hon. Member to my reply to the hon. Member for Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley (Mr. Foulkes) on 13 November at columns204–8. This programme is not a recurrent one and no further applications will be invited 709W in the next financial year. However 15 applications for projects will be invited in the next financial year. However 15 applications for projects to assist so-called "marginals" groups remain to be considered for United Kingdom Government approval and submitted to the Commission by 31 December 1985 for their selection. The funds available to the Commission will permit them to assist only one or possibly two such projects from the United Kingdom.
