§ Mr. HayhoeThe co-ordinator of the Manchester AIDS project has been advised in the first instance to discuss financial support with the regional and district health authorities which have powers to give grants to projects serving a local area. My officials have expressed a willingness to discuss the project further with the project steering committee depending on the outcome of these local discussions.
