§ Mr. Abseasked the Secretary of State for Wales what arrangements have been made to provide professional advice to the Welsh Office on library and information matters in order to assist him to discharge his obligations under the Public Libraries and Museums Act 1964 following the termination of advisory services from the Office of Arts and Libraries.
