§ Mr. StanleyThere are no leased civil aircraft which are flown and operated by Ministry of Defence personnel. However, there are many contracts with civil aircraft operators for such services as the carriage of Ministry of Defence passengers and freight, and target towing, where the operator both provides the aircraft and operates it.
