asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will be implementing the proposals of the Law Commission for public inspection of the register of titles to property, and, if so, when legislation will be introduced.

The Government have not yet made a decision as to whether to implement the proposals in this Law Commission Report, which was published at the end of July 1985.
