§ Mr. Hancockasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what steps he has taken to publicise and protest against abuses of human rights in Poland; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. RifkindDuring my right hon. and learned Friend's visit to Warsaw in April, he made clear the widespread concern in the United Kingdom about human rights in Poland. He also discussed the situation with members of the opposition and leaders of the church.
