§ Mr. GoodladThree such inquiries have been held since 1970. Information on the costs of the first two inquiries, for Portskewett and Connah's Quay, both held in 1971, is not readily available. The final cost of the third inquiry, for Sizewell B, will become evident only when the inspector has completed his report. However, costs up to 31 October 1985 either falling to my Department or recoverable to the CEGB total approximately £2,890,000.
