§ Mr. Giles ShawAn application for civil defence grant aid at the normal rate of 75 per cent. on capital costs of £60,000 for the construction of an emergency centre at Carmarthen has been approved. Payment of grant on additional cost resulting from security measures necessary to ensure that the work can continue is also eligible for grant aid, and consideration is being given to a further application for this purpose.
