§ Mr. Allan StewartIt is for the Scottish Development Agency to determine whether individual land renewal projects merit sufficient priority to receive funding in any particular financial year. I understand that the agency has decided to defer meantime a number of schemes, including the two mentioned. There were 3,425 confirmed redundancies in Lothian in 1984, and the provisional figure for January to August 1985 is 2,777.
