§ 52. Dr. M. S. Millerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list each statement made in 1985 by the Palestine Liberation Organisation regarding its policy towards accepting that part of the agreement between King Hussein and Yassir Arafat of 11 February which accepts United Nations Security Council resolution 242 and recognises the existence of the state of Israel.
§ Mr. RentonWe have noted no statement by the Palestine Liberation Organisation relating solely to these points. But PLO leaders, most recently Mr. Arafat in Cairo on 7 November, have frequently reaffirmed the importance of the 11 February agreement.
