Mr. Mohd Ashad Miah was detained at Harmondsworth from 15 to 24 October and at Ashford remand centre from 24 October to 16 November, when he made a voluntary departure.
My letter gives the reasons for the immigration officer's decision to refuse entry to Mr. Miah and my confirmation of that decision.
