§ Mr. RentonDiscussions about the American proposal to modernise the installation at Fylingdales are still in progress with the United States Administration. We are confident that both the continued existence and modernisation of the ballistic missile early warning system at Fylingdales will be in full conformity with American obligations under the anti-ballistic missile treaty.
