§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Defence what plans he has to publish the report of the committee for relations between Government, the armed services and the media in times of conflict, under the chairmanship of Mr. Geoff Mungham.
§ Mr. StanleyThe report which we commissioned from the Centre for Journalism Studies at University College, Cardiff, has been received and is being studied. The authors have the right to publish the report, subject to security considerations. My right hon. Friend also intends to place a non-classified version of this report in the Library in due course.
