The spares concerned were due for supply under an existing contract, having been fully paid for prior to the Iranian revolution. § Mr. Norman LamontYes. Various spare parts for military vehicles and for support ships have been delivered to Iran in the last 12 months under an agreement with International Military Services. In both cases, the spares concerned were due for supply under existing contracts, signed and paid for prior to the Iranian revolution.
