§ Mr. Favellasked the Secretary of State for Transport (1) if he has received any report from the Civil Aviation Authority about the circumstances surrounding the collapse of the starboard undercarriage of a British Airways aircraft at Copenhagen on 12 November;
(2) if he has had any recent consultations with the Civil Aviation Authority about the servicing and maintenance procedures of British Airways aircraft; and if he will make a statement.
