§ Mr. Tom KingI welcome the co-operation that exists between the Royal Ulster Constabulary and the Garda Siochana in combating terrorism on both sides of the border. Although such co-operation at a working level is good, we intend to take every opportunity to improve it further. I also welcome close co-operation with Irish Ministers in areas where we can work together to our mutual benefit.
